Philipello Family

Anna Philipello

The Philipello Family history began in the USA in 1896 upon the arrival to New Orleans of my grandfather from Sicily. An immigrant with barely nothing in his pocket, he married my grandmother in Louisiana and soon after settled in the Brazos Valley earning a living as a cotton farmer. It is those roots that have inspired my career in business and rural real estate as my father continued on in farming, ranching, and the grocery business.

After graduating from high school in Bryan, Texas I attended Allen Academy Junior College and Texas A&M. Working in the family grocery business for several years, I ventured on and opened several convenience stores with my wife Anna Salvaggio. After some 40 years in the business we sold our last store in June of 2009. Anna and I now operate Circle P Real Estate Brokers from our office in Bryan, Texas full time.

Anna and I have been married for almost 37 years and have reared 5 children who have given us 8 grandchildren to enjoy and love. All of the kids have graduated from college with 4 of them receiving degrees from Texas &M and our oldest daughter graduating from Wayland Baptist University. Of our 2 sons in law and our 2 daughters in law, 2 are graduates of Texas A&M and 1 graduate of Stephen F. Austin university. Anna and I attend St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Bryan and are very proud of our family and its history. Our youngest son John resides in Austin, Texas and is Senior Manager for Rodeo Austin.

My career in real estate began in 1994 after receiving my sales license in Texas I went to work for a Farm and Ranch Broker out of Kerrville, Texas. In 2002 I received by Broker’s designation in new Mexico followed by my obtaining my Texas Broker’s license in 2003. In late 2003 I applied for and received my Broker’s license in Colorado, completing my multi-state Brokerage affiliation. The primary focus of Circle P Real Estate brokers is Farm, Ranch, Investment, and Business Brokerage.

I have been very fortunate to list and sell properties in Texas, New Mexico and Colorado with additional work in other states including Louisiana, Montana, South Dakota, and Arizona. Please view our sold property section on the web-site for more details. My company is very skilled in all aspects of rural real estate including minerals, water rights, wind and solar power, IRS 1031 exchanges, and recreational properties. In addition, my expertise in the business field allows me to represent customers in the sale of their business holdings. I also assist many clients in their investment opportunities in rural real estate.

Having lived on the family farm and ranch for almost 60 years and being involved in small business for the majority of my life gives me an in depth knowledge into the rural and business real estate field. This life long experience provides me the opportunity to pass on my expertise to my Buyers and Sellers. I can offer my ability to evaluate rural and business properties to my customers that may not be available from others. By still maintaining a cattle operation gives me the ability to help my Clients in their endeavors to expand or enter into agri-business. My passion for hunting and fishing also aids the recreation Buyers in their quest for properties.

My business model is based on service, which is full service, to both Buyers and Sellers. I provide in depth representation to my listings by performing a pre-marketing history of each property including maps, minerals, pricing and every detail that each listing demands. I provide the utmost service to my Buyers including bartering, financing, and resolving any concerns a perspective Buyer may have regarding his potential purchase. Along with service integrity and honesty are also major parts of my business model. I represent my Sellers with the highest degree of duty that is required by all licensing authorities. And with qualified Buyers, they are afforded a level of service that is unequalled in the business.
