The wells range in depth to the water level from approximately 80 feet to 200 feet. The water quality throughout the ranch is good. There are approximately seven earthen stock tanks on the ranch. Several live springs are found in the more rugged portions of the ranch.

This ranch provides an opportunity for an owner who desires an excellent return on his investment. The ranch already surveyed to sell in six smaller tracts at prices well within the market comparables at $750.00 per acre (See "tract" map).
